Welcome to the kick off! So why would I want to do a detox, but not really? That’s a very good question that I would love to answer. Keep in mind though, that these are my thoughts and opinions based on my education and personal experience, but in no way do I consider myself to be the last word on diets and detoxes. I believe different things work for different people, and you can be an authority on your body if you listen to its subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) signs and symptoms.
