In the busyness of our daily lives it is all too easy to disconnect or forget our deepest longings and heartfelt intentions to live a meaningful, empowered and full life. Retreating from our daily activities in a supportive and beautiful environment can help cultivate our inner resources and bring us home to our essential nature.

Daily Yoga, meditation, inquiry work and wholesome foods will nourish the body, mind and heart, offering us the much needed time for self care, inner investigation and connection with community.

About the instructors:
Patricia Galaczy is a certified yoga instructor, meditator and leadership educator inspired by inviting individuals into their own experiences of awareness in body and mind. Patricia is delighted to share the fruits of her dedicated training in Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation and the insights of over ten years of practice, offering to all levels the best of integrating Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation within a gentle and supportive container.

Carly Forest has been teaching in and around Victoria for nearly a decade She teaches a mindfulness-based yin class that is informed by her immersion into meditative practice. She sat her first meditation retreat in 2002 and has sat many retreats since. Carly has completed an 18 month Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Training at Spirit Rock and continues to deepen her integration of Yoga, Buddhism and Psychology through the Insight Yoga Institute in California. Carly teaches workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings.
