For the last year or so, I've been really enjoying Crossfit as a form of staying in shape for my windsurfing and surfing passions. The following workout, known as "The Filthy Fifty" just popped up on the Crossfit.com website:
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Knowing full well that this workout had the potential to put the hurt on me, I knew that I was going to have to resort to performance enhancing drugs to get through it. My filthy little secret?
