Pre and post-natal care

Since I discovered Stephanie and Chinese medicine, I have sought her care, advice, and attention for pretty much every pre and post-natal issue that has popped up - from varicose veins, fatigue and anxiety, to preparation for labour, mastitis, and rebuilding strength post-partum.  Stephanie is gifted at delivering acupuncture and other Chinese medicine techniques while holding a caring, quiet space.  I have found her help invaluable on my journey through three healthy pregnancies and two smooth home deliveries. I am currently recovering from the arrival of our newest baby (he is one month old), and Stephanie’s care has been a big part of the reason I am having so much fun with my family of three heavenly boys.
