A year ago I came to Elements of Health at the recommendation of my physician. A bulging disc in my lower back was getting progressively worse; I'd tried physical therapy, chiropractors, myofascial release, yoga -- nothing gave me lasting relief. And, at age 50, I had decided to go back to school. Sitting for long hours aggravated my back worse than ever.
